Registration Instructions:
Boy Scout Participation Registration
1) Registration Form. Fill out the form by either typing or printing legibly. Registration must be returned using the original form provided in this packet. Upon receipt of the registration form and payment you will be sent a confirmation with an assigned camping spot for the weekend.
2) Registration Fees. The registration fee will be $5.00 per participant. This will cover the cost of the porta-potties and camp amenities. will be able to attend both battles and enter the museum for no charge if they are in their uniforms.
3) Waivers. As you will notice, the waiver form is enclosed in this package. Most of you know that filling out and signing waivers is the most time-consuming aspect of the on – site check in process. If possible please have all the waivers pre-signed and on file to expedite the on – site processing. Waivers will also be available at the event check in.
4) Mailing. Complete registration packets should be mailed to:

5) Deadlines: Registration must be postmarked by or on September 15, 2011. Once the information has been received, the names will be typed into a database and the waivers will be filed by the troop. In return, troop leader or contact person will receive “passes” for each registered member. Troop leaders or contact person will be responsible for distributing the passes to each group member.
